History

The founder of the Attorney’s Office, JUDr. Lubomír Plesník, LL.M., has continued in his legal practice since 1989 at the position of a company lawyer in Osvětlovací sklo, s.p. Valašské Meziříčí (a factory with more than 150 years' international history), as well as a member of KREDIT v.o.s. Valašské Meziříčí, a consultancy company. The Attorney’s Office was established at the beginning of 1996 and as from the first moments it has focused on providing the complex legal consultancy for entrepreneurs in spheres of commercial law and international commercial law, finance law, real estates law, labour law, tax law, and in the related legal issues, including the international view.

 

Our Attorney’s Office acquired in 1996 a prominent client, an affiliated company of the German concern SCHOTT. Demonstrating its qualities, the Attorney’s Office has gradually managed to gain trust of not only the other companies of SCHOTT Group operating in Valašské Meziříčí, but also of other major clients with international participation operating in the neighbourhoods.
